Day 1
You will be picked up from Dharamshala Airport by your host. After check-in and lunch, enjoy an orientation tour of the town with your host, followed by a yoga class in the evening.
Day 2
Today is dedicated to a cultural tour and a full day outdoors. Discover the local way of life as you visit the Dalai Lama Temple, a nearby village, and a tea plantation, where you will enjoy an 8-flavour tea tasting. The day continues with a visit to the Norbulingka Art Institute and, finally, Dharamshala’s largest Buddhist monastery.
Day 3
Accompanied by your local guide, trek to Triund at 2875 meters and spend the night at the top of the mountain.
The trail to Triund is a moderate trek, and the climb is rewarded with refreshing walks through rhododendron, cedar, and oak forests.
You will camp in a comfortable tent with warm blankets and a sleeping bag, then enjoy wood-fire-cooked food, stargazing, and a bonfire.
Day 4
After breakfast, descend back to Mcleodganj. Upon arrival, you may choose a Tibetan or Ayurvedic foot massage/body massage. Spend the evening at leisure, with time to visit Mall Road and the market.
