Join us for a three-day retreat designed to help you explore what makes you uniquely you. Through guided reflection and practical insight, we’ll look at your personal history, personality, and strengths to better understand how you show up in work, life, and relationships. By the end of the retreat, you’ll leave with greater self-awareness, a clearer sense of your unique wiring, and tools to help you lead and love more effectively.
Before moving into the deeper work, we’ll begin by creating a strong foundation for the journey ahead. This session introduces the themes we’ll explore together and sets the tone for examining what shapes our behavior. We’ll reflect on the value of self-awareness and consider how understanding our wiring influences every part of life, from professional settings to personal relationships. The workshop is designed to help you think about how your history, personality, and strengths combine to form the person you are today.
1. Mapping Your Story: Understanding Your Timeline
Our past plays a powerful role in shaping who we become. In this workshop, you’ll create a timeline of the key events, relationships, and experiences that have influenced your identity. By looking back at your personal history, you can begin to recognize patterns that have developed over time and see how they continue to affect your choices, behavior, and relationships. This exercise offers a deeper understanding of the forces that have shaped your life.
2. The Enneagram: Exploring Personality
If you already know the Enneagram and want to go further, this session will help you explore how your type affects your thoughts, actions, and interactions. If you’re still unsure of your type, we’ll support you in identifying it and understanding how it shows up in daily life. You’ll gain insight into how your type shapes decision-making and relationships, helping you approach challenges with greater awareness, build on your strengths, and relate to others with more empathy.
3. Working Genius: Identifying Your Strengths
We all have areas where we naturally thrive and others where we feel stretched. The Working Genius framework helps reveal your innate talents and the areas where you can have the greatest impact. In this workshop, you’ll discover how your strengths appear in both work and personal life. Understanding your working genius can bring clarity to how you contribute most effectively in relationships, teams, and everyday responsibilities.
4. Putting It All Together: Synthesis and Application
In this final workshop, we’ll bring together everything we’ve explored: your life timeline, your Enneagram type, and your working genius. This session focuses on how these insights shape the way you love, lead, and move through the world. We’ll discuss practical ways to apply this self-awareness for personal growth, stronger relationships, and more effective leadership. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and a direction for continued development in the areas that matter most to you.
Understanding ourselves at a deeper level can transform how we move through life. When we recognize what has shaped us, identify our natural strengths, and understand how we are wired to relate to the world, we can approach work, relationships, and growth with more clarity and intention. This retreat offers a supportive space to explore these parts of yourself while gaining tools and insight to live and lead more authentically.
This retreat is for anyone who is ready to better understand themselves and their place in the world. It’s a meaningful fit for those who want to explore their personal history, personality traits, and strengths in order to gain clarity about how they show up in work, relationships, and daily life. Whether you’re already familiar with tools like the Enneagram and Working Genius or just beginning your self-discovery journey, this experience is designed to help you connect the dots between who you are and how you lead and love. If you want to grow in self-awareness and use that insight to live and lead with greater authenticity, this retreat is for you.
