The accommodation combines heritage character with modern comfort, offering elegant rooms, a dedicated yoga space, landscaped gardens, a private waterfall, and tranquil outdoor areas for rest and reflection.
All meals included

Experience guided wild swimming in Snowdonia’s lakes and the coastal waters of Anglesey, with sessions suitable for all levels. Whether you are completely new to cold water swimming or already confident in the sea, expert instructors will guide you through each swim in a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable setting.
Yoga sessions are thoughtfully balanced between energising morning flows and calmer evening practices. Start the day with uplifting movement, then unwind with restorative yoga and meditation, including gentle garden sessions. Suitable for all levels, these classes support mindfulness, relaxation, and a deeper sense of wellness throughout the retreat.
For even deeper relaxation, choose from a range of massage therapies with expert in-house therapists. After your cold-water swims, enjoy a restorative lakeside sauna session as well. This contrast therapy helps encourage circulation and leaves you feeling recharged and deeply relaxed.
