




Spring offers a unique opportunity to sense renewal in both body and mind, and Dharmakaya provides an ideal setting to experience that shift as dormant energy begins to awaken. Over the course of this retreat, you will be guided into a deeper yoga practice that emphasizes the integration of breath within asana, naturally opening the door to pranayama. There will also be time for discussion and thoughtful exploration of the principles that support the practice. Surrounded by fellow sincere practitioners, you can turn inward, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to return to daily life.
As human beings, we benefit from carving out space to reconnect with ourselves. In doing so, we often discover a greater sense of connection with others and with the world around us. Iyengar Yoga students of all levels are welcome, though participants should have at least one year of consistent Iyengar practice. The classes will be challenging, while still being presented in a way that remains accessible to everyone.

Matt Dreyfus
For more than twenty years, Matt Dreyfus has devoted himself to teaching the profound discipline of Iyengar Yoga. A student since 1994, he began traveling regularly to India in 1999 to study with the Iyengar family. He is a core faculty member of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York and serves on the institute’s teacher training faculty, teaching students of all levels and abilities. Matt is also active in New Jersey, where he has taught in the Princeton area since 2011 and serves as director of Teacher Education at Santosha Yoga Studio in Madison.

This registration fee is for two people. This comfortable room has one double bed, and may be shared by couples in a committed relationship. With ample room for meditation, it features a desk and small table suitable for a meditation object. All rooms are furnished with linens, pillows, blankets, coverlets, and towels, as well as a meditation cushion and zabuton. The room shares a bath with one or two other rooms. Room rates include three delicious vegetarian meals each day (6 total meals for a couple room); there is also a tea station on each hall.
