A journey toward a better world
These tailor-made experiences are designed to help you connect with the ancestral energy of Maya culture and awaken a more conscious way of living. Together, we visit lesser-known archaeological sites and explore them on our own, allowing for a more meditative and intimate experience.
You will be picked up at the meeting point and taken to Ek Balam, known in Spanish as Estrella del Jaguar, a site that is far less crowded than many other archaeological destinations. Away from the crowds, you can enjoy a deeper connection with yourself and with nature.
During the drive, we will have time to get to know each other, and I will explain the flow of the experience.
I will share more about this magnificent ancient place, its connection to our own existence, and how we have lost touch with ourselves and with living in harmony with nature.
When we arrive, we will ask permission from the guardians of the site to honor and respect this sacred space, dedicating the day to Mother Earth.
We will explore the site and enjoy a meditation in a peaceful setting that sends healing energy to nature.
Afterward, we will head to a beautiful cenote to jump in and cleanse ourselves of the weight we carry from daily life, with the intention of releasing everything we no longer need in our personal journey.
There will be time to swim, explore the cenote, and share a healthy snack and a drink before returning to the meeting point.
We will visit the ancient Maya city of Ek-Balam, located about 80 minutes from Tulum, where you can connect deeply with the ancestral energy of the place and the surrounding nature while meditating on site.
One of the great advantages of leaving the usual tourist paths behind is that so few people do it, making this a rare opportunity to discover ancient wonders away from the noise of everyday life.
Ek’Balam is one of the last Maya archaeological attractions to be restored more recently. Founded in 100 BC, it was likely one of the most powerful pre-Hispanic Maya cities economically, religiously, and socially.
The name means Jaguar Star, and it was only in 1987 that this magical site began revealing its ancient secrets through archaeological expeditions.
Although excavation has uncovered only a small part of the complex, what has emerged is impressive for its remarkable preservation and craftsmanship.
To cool off after the heat, we will refresh ourselves in a cenote, ideal for diving enthusiasts, and impressive in its sheer size.
No experience is necessary; first-time meditators are welcome.
As required by government regulations, if you wish to enter the archaeological site with mobile devices such as a GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, or drone, an additional fee per device must be paid at the ticket office and is not included in the price.
Before and after booking, we will stay in touch to answer any questions you may have.
The meeting point and time may change upon request for groups.
Ask about tailor-made experiences.
If you are not a strong swimmer, do not worry — life jackets will be provided.
This is an immersion in nature, so only biodegradable products are allowed.
