
This dynamic aerial session is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and fluidity in the air. You’ll begin with a thorough warm-up before moving into a flowing practice that introduces Level 2 tricks, with a focus on more advanced transitions and longer, more challenging inversions that lead naturally into the next movement.
With less cueing throughout the class, you’ll have space to explore, refine, and connect the shapes at your own pace while staying engaged in a more demanding sequence. The final 10 minutes are reserved for capturing your progress, giving you time for photos and videos so you can celebrate what you’ve learned and track your development.
Ideal for students ready to take their aerial practice further, this session combines technical challenge with creative movement in a supportive, progress-focused environment.
