Chi Nei Tsang translates as “working the energy of the internal organs.” The abdomen contains a dense network of neural tissue and is often described as the second brain, influencing how the body processes stress, emotion, and energy. It is also associated with the Root Chakra (Muladhara), Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), and Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura), which relate to physical grounding, emotional and creative identity, and personal power.
Using rhythmic pressure and intuitive touch, Eve works through the layers of skin, fat, muscle, fascia, blood, lymph, nerves, and organs to help detoxify, circulate, release, and restore the body more optimally. Each session begins with stimulation of reflex points on the feet to identify areas needing attention, followed by work along the leg lines to the abdomen and neck, connecting the full pathway between body and mind. Breath becomes an active guide, helping the body settle into the parasympathetic nervous system, where rest, repair, absorption, and release can take place.
Warm herbal compresses may also be included to soften tight muscles, enhance circulation, and support detoxification. Their heat, compression, and deep tissue effect help release stagnation and invite a profound sense of comfort and grounding.
Eve also offers general nutritional guidance and cleansing advice to complement the treatment, or may refer you to an experienced naturopath/nutritionist for testing and deeper digestive support. Dietary change and understanding intolerances or food sensitivities are often essential for long-term abdominal relief, and her gentle encouragement and follow-up can help support those shifts. Common dietary culprits include sugar, wheat, gluten, dairy, caffeine, and alcohol.
A session begins with grounding at the feet, then moves into focused abdominal work and neck release. Gentle acupressure, mindful rhythmic stretches, and mobilisations are combined with breathwork to support freer energy flow throughout the body.
Afterwards, you may feel relaxed, light, and spacious — or, at times, tired or emotional as the body processes and releases stagnant energetic patterns. These responses are normal signs of release. Eve recommends herbal tea, a warm Epsom salt bath, and quiet rest to support integration.
