Description

Are you longing for a weekend that allows the practices of A Mindful Life to deepen and take root? Join Jean Vitrano and the A Mindful Life community for an immersive mindfulness retreat designed to help you live with more presence, ease, and joy. With a strong emphasis on slowing down, this time away offers generous space to rest, meditate, listen, share, and reconnect with what truly matters within a warm and supportive community.

"I am deeply grateful to Jean for her gentle, wise, rich, vulnerable guidance and tender hand she leads with. Curiosity is the path to peace!"

"The weekend was a perfect mix of silence, practice, workshop and nature. The facilties and food. exceeded my expectations."

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This weekend retreat creates space to be fully yourself, settle into quiet, and cultivate greater awareness, self-kindness, and compassion. In a nurturing environment, you will explore what is present in your inner life through reflective exercises and meditation. You will strengthen your capacity to remain in the present moment while becoming more aware of how you speak and listen, how you move, what you consume, where your mind wanders, and what you choose to nourish. This is your opportunity to embrace stillness, connect with your authentic self, and share in community.

You will leave with a deeper connection to yourself and to others, along with a greater ability to slow down, savor life, and continue strengthening your practice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We ask that cell phones are turned off for the weekend.

Please bring something to share during the community sharing event on Saturday night, such as poetry, art, stories, music, or movement. Participation is optional, but it helps create a meaningful evening of connection.
