9th Wellness Day

We invite you to a beautiful wellness day filled with activities designed for the whole family. Together, we’ll enjoy a vibrant day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Once again, we gather in the beautiful cycle of giving and receiving. After a well-deserved break, we return with renewed love and enthusiasm to share.

Join us on June 2 at Piscina de Alicia, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you can only stay for part of the day, you are still very welcome.

Throughout this gathering, we will offer a rich variety of activities:

• Special activities for children
• Activities designed for older adults
• Yoga
• Dance
• Temazcal
• Pambamesa (bring something delicious to share)
• Individual and group therapies
• Workshops and classes
• Water activities
• And a few extra surprises…

We will also enjoy a Universal Peace Dance session.

What to bring? Family, friends, good energy, and a willingness to share. For lunch, we kindly ask you to bring your own utensils. We do have some available, but with so many participants, every contribution helps.

These Wellness Days are created with the heartfelt intention of sharing what we know and love, while spending meaningful time together.

We suggest a voluntary donation of five dollars to help cover facility maintenance and other event needs. If you would like to contribute more or support in another way, your help will be deeply appreciated. However, please do not let finances stand in the way of attending.

For those arriving by car, staff will be present to look after the vehicles. At the end of the day, we invite you to acknowledge the work of those responsible for their safety.
