Daily Itinerary
Day 1 : Sacred Arrival & Jungle Immersion
Arrive between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM and settle in with a garland welcome, herbal drinks, and home-baked firewood organic bakeries. After check-in and refreshment, gather from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM for the concept, itinerary, and house rules. Guests may deposit gadgets as the digital detox begins, receive a journaling notebook, and enjoy a herbal footbath, dry head massage, and Netra Suddhi Kriya in the falcha overlooking Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayas, weather permitting. Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by campfire time, sky gazing, story sharing, and a calming evening with golden drink, herb-infused warm milk, detox water, herbal tea, and light firewood bakeries before rest.
Day 2 : Ayurvedic Healing & Cultural Spiritual Tour
The day begins at 5:30 AM with Brahma Muhurta awakening, Ushapan sunrise water ceremony, gentle Surya Namaskara, Pranayama, meditation in nature, and asanas. A Tibetan Singing Bowl sound healing session follows, then a satvik breakfast with mindful eating. Free time may include silent hours or mandala painting. Later, enjoy an Ayurvedic doctor consultation with physical examination, prakriti analysis, vikriti assessment, and nadi pariksha. The afternoon includes Shiroabhyanga and Shirodhara, then a satvik lunch. Forest bathing in Jungle Mahal blends Kirata Mundhum, Shinrin-Yoku, Buddhist mindfulness, and ancient yogic pranayama. Evening activities include catharsis and loud sound energy healing, an early satvik dinner, sky gazing meditation, and a restful night routine.
Day 3 : Yogic Purification & Nature Connection
Start with the same pre-dawn awakening, sunrise water ceremony, sun salutations, and breathing practices, followed by sound healing. After self Marma Therapy and chair yoga, enjoy breakfast before departing for either Pashupatinath Temple and nearby sacred sites, or Bouddhanath Stupa. Vegetarian lunch is included in between. In the evening, receive Nasya and Patra Pinda therapies, then dine on Nepali ethnic food. The day closes with Tratak meditation, time in the wood fire sauna, and a quiet evening with journaling and rest.
Day 4 : Explore Ancient Kathmandu
Morning practice again includes Brahma Muhurta awakening, Ushapan, Surya Namaskara, Pranayama, and Tibetan Singing Bowl sound healing. After breakfast, spend the day exploring ancient temples, courtyards, and traditional craftsmanship, including Kathmandu Durbar Square and the Thamel area. Lunch and free time are included. In the evening, enjoy forest bathing meditation, walking meditation, moon salutations, and Shinrin Yoku, followed by satvik dinner, Yoga Nidra, Shanti Mantra chanting with Himalayan singing bowls, and an early night.
Day 5 : Pokhara Transfer
Begin with early breakfast, then depart for Pokhara by 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The scenic drive takes 6–7 hours with a lunch stop along the way. Arrive in Pokhara around 6:00 PM, check in, and receive a garland welcome with herbal drinks. Dinner is served in the evening, followed by a simple wind-down with warm drinks, journaling, and rest.
Day 6 : Pokhara Natural Wonders & Yoga
Wake early for the Sarangkot sunrise tour and panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre. After breakfast, enjoy boating on Phewa Lake and a visit to Tal Barahi Temple. Following lunch at the hotel, explore David’s Falls and Gupteshwor Cave. The evening includes satvik dinner, Yoga Nidra, Shanti Mantra chanting with Himalayan singing bowls, and a peaceful close to the day.
Day 7 : Mountain Adventure & Cultural Immersion
Begin with Brahma Muhurta awakening and yoga pranayam, then breakfast. Visit the World Peace Pagoda and Shiva Statue before lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, explore the International Mountain Museum and enjoy an evening stroll in Lakeside. Dinner, warm drinks, journaling, and early sleep complete the day.
Day 8 : Kathmandu Return
After breakfast, depart Pokhara early in the morning and return to Kathmandu on a scenic 6–7 hour drive with a lunch stop. Arrive around 6:00 PM, check in, and enjoy satvik dinner. The evening ends with warm drinks, journaling, and rest.
Day 9 : Healing the Jungle- Immersiveness way
The day opens with Brahma Muhurta awakening, sunrise water ceremony, Surya Namaskara, and Pranayama, followed by sound healing. After breakfast, spend the morning on Ayurvedic therapies including Shirodhara, Abhyanga, and Swedana. Lunch is served mindfully, with a fruit platter between sessions. The afternoon includes Vasti and Nasya, then free time to relax. Dinner is followed by Tratak, Mantra Japa Dhyana, restorative Yoga Nidra, and Shanti Mantra chanting with Himalayan singing bowls.
Day 10 : Integration & Departure
Rise at 6:00 AM for a wake-up call and yoga pranayam, then attend a Tibetan Singing Bowl sound healing session. Forest bathing in Jungle Mahal follows, combining Kirata Mundhum, Shinrin-Yoku, Buddhist mindfulness, and ancient yogic pranayama. After breakfast, prepare for departure.
