This 9-day program offers a grounded introduction to Kundalini Yoga Sadhna in a safe, structured, and authentic setting. Designed for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners, it explores how Kundalini energy works within the body and how it can be awakened gradually through traditional methods. The course builds a strong foundation in Kundalini philosophy, chakra understanding, and practical techniques, while also supporting deeper self-exploration and preparation for advanced Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in the Yoga Capital of the World.
Led by Damini Sargam, this introductory experience combines morning pranayama and meditation with afternoon mantra chanting and yantra painting. In the peaceful surroundings of Uttarakhand, India, from October 15th to 23rd, 2026, students strengthen concentration and develop a more one-pointed focus through a balanced rhythm of practice and creative expression.
What is Yantra Painting?
Yantra Painting is a tantric active meditation practice that works with a chosen chakra, planet, or deity. It combines mantra recitation with the painting of the corresponding yantra, creating a focused and meditative experience.
