7 Days Inner Peace Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Spend seven beautiful days on Nusa Lembongan, the enchanting sister island of Bali, with daily yoga classes, guided meditations, Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra, and a Thai yoga massage.

You are welcome to join our multi-style yoga classes, including hatha, yin, and vinyasa. In addition, the program features holistic workshops, teachings, and ancient spiritual practices. You may immerse yourself in the world of yoga and meditation, gaining new skills, energy, and meaningful experiences to take home. Evening workshops are offered throughout the retreat, ranging from Yoga Nidra to kirtan singing and more.

Our yoga classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate students, and experienced yogis alike. The yoga room, Indah Oasis Yoga, is located directly above Pisang Pisang restaurant, where you can refuel after class with healthy smoothies, juices, or a vegan/vegetarian meal. The beach is only a 4-minute walk from Indah Oasis Yoga.

Set in the heart of Lembongan Island, Isla Indah Retreat enjoys a location within easy walking distance of the beach and many activity centers. The garden bungalows provide western-style comfort, including a king-size bed, air-conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi. The budget option offered here is a stay in a local homestay run by our partners. The healthy vegan or vegetarian cuisine at Pisang-pisang is especially well suited to surfers, free-divers, and yogis.

Nusa Lembongan remains a quiet, uncrowded paradise. It is widely known for surfing, diving, and its love of underwater life. A welcoming yoga community thrives here, and like Bali, the island has a deep Hindu culture. Beyond the usual paths, you can discover seaweed farming, Hindu ceremonies, and remarkable landscapes on this magical little island.

During your stay, you will be served 3 delicious breakfasts. Enjoy nourishing meals with a variety of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Fresh juices and detox smoothies are also included.

Please arrange your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali. The transfer to Lembongan, including pick-up from Bali and the 30-minute speedboat ride, is included in the price.
