Because the rig supports body weight and reduces the amount of muscular effort needed, aerial yoga can feel more accessible than many traditional styles, making it suitable for beginners. 7 Days 50 Hours Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
This 50-hour aerial yoga teacher training is designed for those who want to explore the depth of aerial practice or step into teaching. The course begins with essential safety guidelines and gradually progresses from foundational to advanced postures. Participants then learn how to lead an aerial session with attention to safety, alignment, planning, and sequencing. The training follows Yoga Alliance standards for aerial yoga teacher training.
Students study around 70 postures across the following categories:
Teaching practice is included daily to strengthen technique and build confidence. You will also learn how to create suitable class sequences based on different student needs.
