7 Day Ocean Flow Here and Now Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Step away from the pace of everyday life and return to yourself in comfort and nature at a Mexican villa overlooking the Mayan Riviera Ocean. Join Copal Retreat for a week centered on embodiment, inner alignment, and the natural rhythm of your own flow. With ocean breezes, beach walks, daily intentions, and soul-nourishing self-care, this retreat invites you to soften, reconnect, and deepen your yoga and meditation practice in a beautiful coastal setting.

Each day offers a thoughtful balance of quiet reflection and shared connection. You will move through rhythmic, warming flows, explore mindful practices focused on health and wellness, and make space for inner work that supports presence and renewal. The week also includes an afternoon and evening at either Xcaret or Xplor Fuego, plus an excursion to a jungle cenote, along with time to simply rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Trip to local cenote
Escape the heat and step into the hidden world of turquoise waters once used by the Mayans for sacred connection. Swim in mineral-rich pools, explore magical caves beneath a jungle-framed sky, and feel the timeless atmosphere of this special place.

Sound Bowl Ceremony with Mexican Cuencos
Your journey begins with a grounding welcome under the stars. The calming vibrations of traditional Mexican cuencos, or sound bowls, guide you into stillness and intention, creating a powerful sound healing experience that connects breath, presence, and place.

Evening Out in Playa del Carmen
Enjoy the lively atmosphere of Playa del Carmen with an evening in town. Savor dinner at one of the area’s local restaurants, then spend time exploring 5th Avenue, known for artisan shops, boutiques, and street performers. Taxi into town and dinner are not included.
