This is the first of two consecutive week-long retreats at Mandali. A single day will separate the two gatherings to allow for changeover, and guests are welcome to attend both if they wish. For those booking both weeks as residential guests at Mandali and wanting to remain on-site overnight between retreats, arrangements can be made.
For anyone drawn to the depth of non-dual understanding, these retreats offer a rare chance to spend seven days with Rupert and friends in a beautiful natural setting. Together, we rest in the peace of our true nature, supported by days of self-abidance, friendship, and creative sharing.
Each day includes guided meditation, where we rest in being as being, along with dialogue exploring the non-dual understanding. Between sessions, there are three nourishing vegetarian meals, and the atmosphere of warmth and ease is carried through friendship. In the evenings, guests may unwind with friends, watch a film together, or celebrate with poetry and music.
Whether you are seeking peace, happiness, truth, love, or freedom β or simply wishing to reconnect with old friends β this retreat offers a precious opportunity to taste your true nature in an atmosphere of beauty and kindness. The people you meet here will quickly feel like your non-dual family, and the retreat invites everyone to gather in the spirit of friendship and celebrate the unity of being.
Accommodation β Mandali offers a selection of exceptional on-site accommodation, with additional nearby options available for those who prefer to stay off-site.
Meals and Refreshments β All meals are vegetarian and served buffet style, with healthy and delicious choices, including vegan and gluten-free options at most meal times.
If you follow an exclusive gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan diet for the week, please select this when booking so the kitchen can prepare suitable alternatives. For any other dietary requirements, please contact the organiser before booking to check whether they can be accommodated. Unfortunately, not all special diets can be guaranteed.
Discussion Board β A discussion board will be available for attendees to communicate before, during, and after the retreat.
