Why Join This Journey
Maui offers a serene setting for reflection, renewal, and healing. Surrounded by natural beauty, you’ll have the chance to slow down, reconnect, and explore a deeper sense of purpose and peace through hikes, waterfall swims, cold plunging, breathwork, and inner work. This retreat brings together like-minded people for meaningful shared experiences in a powerful environment.
A Space for Inner Transformation
The program blends guided experiential practices with somatic embodiment work, including breathwork, movement, yoga, and nature-immersive adventures. From Twin Falls hikes to ocean views, community sharing, and reflective internal work, each day is designed to support insight, nervous-system regulation, and lasting personal growth.
Retreat Venue
Nestled in the tropical landscape of Hale Akua on Maui, the retreat venue features thoughtfully designed cottages and suites, each with its own character. Surrounded by jungle greenery, ocean breezes, and sacred land, Hale Akua offers expansive lanais and shared spaces for breathwork, meditation, yoga, and deep relaxation.
Intimate Group Setting
In a small and supportive group, conscious connected breathwork helps quiet the mind and bring awareness back into the body. This creates space to meet what has been hidden, carried, or protected with presence and compassion.
Combined with Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, the breathwork practice helps move beyond protective layers so deeper parts can be witnessed and supported. Together, these practices create a compassionate environment where healing unfolds through connection and being seen.
Four Facilitators
Nick, Paulina, Aundi, and Amanda bring a heart-centered, integrative approach to healing and self-discovery. Their combined experience in breathwork, IFS, yoga, mindfulness, somatic practices, and community support creates a grounded and trauma-informed container for emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, and embodied self-leadership.
Food Experience
Each morning begins with a nourishing breakfast prepared on site. Lunch and dinner are also catered on site, allowing you to stay present and fully immersed in the retreat. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available throughout the retreat.
Yoga for the Body
Yoga is woven into the retreat as a playful, nourishing practice that helps you loosen up, reconnect with your body, and feel good in a simple, accessible way. These sessions are open to all levels and emphasize curiosity, ease, and embodied presence.
Conscious Connected Breathwork and IFS
Conscious connected breathwork is a central part of the retreat, offering a powerful way to access inner wisdom and support emotional release. Paired with IFS, it creates a strong synergy for self-exploration, helping participants connect with inner parts, release burdens, and access Self-energy.
This 6-day retreat offers a transformative journey into breathwork and IFS, with space for trusted guidance, reflection, and integration. It is also an opportunity to deepen your therapeutic presence and expand your personal and professional practice.
