500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh – Feb 3

The 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is an intensive, integrated program that combines a 200-hour course with a 300-hour course to shape highly skilled yoga teachers. Designed for dedicated students and future instructors, it guides you through two progressive months of study, moving from foundational practice into advanced levels of yoga and teaching.

First Month

The first month focuses on the 200-hour training, which establishes a strong base for your yoga journey. You will study classical traditions such as Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, along with asanas, pranayama, meditation, and core yogic concepts. This stage is designed to build a grounded understanding of yoga as both a physical discipline and a spiritual path, while also supporting the development of teaching skills.

Second Month

In the second month, the 300-hour training takes your practice and knowledge deeper. The curriculum advances into refined asana alignment, pranayama, meditation, and the yogic path, while also exploring subtle dimensions such as the energetic body, chakras, and nadis. At the same time, you will strengthen your teaching ability by learning how to approach students and create effective class sequences.

Set in Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, this training offers a peaceful and inspiring setting close to the Himalayas and the sacred Ganges. The quiet surroundings support reflection, transformation, and a deeper connection to your inner self.

Graduates receive the RYT-500 certification from Yoga Alliance, recognizing their advanced training and teaching capability. This program is ideal for yoga professionals who want to deepen their expertise, teach students of different levels, and remain rooted in traditional yogic values.
