Escape into a 5-day, 4-night jungle yoga retreat designed to help you slow down, release stress and anxiety, and reconnect with nature, your body, and your inner self. This retreat combines yoga, meditation, sound healing, and time in the peaceful surroundings of Khao Sok, offering a space to step away from the outside world and return to stillness.

Across the retreat, you can deepen your yoga practice, learn how to begin meditation, and experience singing bowl sound healing, which is intended to support deep relaxation and healing. Local Thai teachers also share Thai/Buddhist meditation theory and practices, along with insights into Thai culture and Eastern philosophy.

Stay at: Morning Mist Resort, located in the heart of Klong Sok village, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The resort offers cozy, simply furnished bungalows with balconies, mosquito nets, fans, en-suite bathrooms, a pool, river access, free Wi-Fi in public areas, and an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The resort is 600 meters from the entrance to Khao Sok National Park, 2.8 km from Khaosok Yoga, and about a 1.5-hour drive from Surat Thani Airport and Surat Thani City Centre.

Room type: air-conditioned bungalow with balcony, garden view, en-suite toilet, hot shower, refrigerator, and kettle.

Pick-up / drop-off point: free pick-up and drop-off is arranged at Nong Saw Thai Food, 300 meters from Morning Mist Resort.

Booking note: rooms are limited, and retreats from July to August 2026 may be difficult to arrange at the last minute. A minimum of 2–3 months in advance is recommended; otherwise, a 3-day retreat may be suggested. Early booking gives you the best chance of securing a cozy bungalow.
