• Restorative movement and energy-building practices – daily, 1 hour
• Guided healing meditation – daily, 30 minutes

• Life guidance readings – 2 sessions, 1 hour each
• Transformation coaching – 3 sessions, 1 hour each, focused on wellness, health, and life purpose
• Tao healing session – 3 sessions, 1 hour each

• Daily program includes 4 sessions of movement, meditation, healing, coaching, and life guidance
• Each day includes 1 to 2 nature spots or sacred locations
• Program hours run from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm for 5 days, totaling 6.5 hours per day
• Food includes tea, fresh juice beverages, snacks, and all-organic, locally sourced lunch
• Sessions are recorded, and downloadable files will be emailed to you
• Transportation is included during the hours of the daily program
• Pricing is based on one person; additional participants can be discussed upon request
