Course curriculum:
- Day 1: Introduction to sound healing, the science of vibration, the 7 chakras, and first hands-on practice with Tibetan singing bowls.
- Day 2: Chakra-based bowl work, Tingsha bells, Rain Stick techniques, and mantra-based healing.
- Day 3: Ayurveda basics, lifestyle and diet principles, and Yoga Nidra practice.
- Day 4: Marma therapy, acupressure, and Yoga Nidra script formation.
- Day 5: Integration of all modalities, teaching practice, assessment, feedback, and certification.
