Picture five restorative days in the beauty of the desert—beginning each morning with yoga and breathwork, gathering in sacred circles and soul activations, enjoying vibrant meals, and traveling to Sedona’s iconic red rock vortexes for a day devoted to renewal and magic.
Every element is designed to support your unfolding. Through ceremony, movement, stillness, and sisterhood, you’ll release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true essence. You’ll return home rested, illuminated, and radiating freedom, confidence, love, and peace.
Day 1 – Opening the Portal: Arrival, welcome circle, and fire ceremony under the stars
Day 2 – Releasing the Old: Yoga, healing, journaling, and sound bath
Day 3 – Sedona Journey: Sacred red rock vortex exploration and sunset meditation
Day 4 – Rising: Soul purpose workshop and embodied dance ritual
Day 5 – Return Reborn: Closing ceremony and blessing circle

For nearly three decades, Lana has guided women toward clarity, healing, and embodied truth. Her background includes yoga, Reiki, sound bowl work, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy, allowing her to blend ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices for meaningful transformation.
As a retreat host and facilitator, Lana is known for weaving presence, intuition, and sacred timing into every experience. Her work is rooted in somatic healing, spiritual alignment, and ritual practices that help others release what no longer serves them and remember who they are.
She is also a devoted wife, mother of two boys, stepmother to two more boys and two girls, and a proud step-grandmother.
Nestled in the Sonoran Desert, Blisstopia Retreats offers a 6,800 sq ft villa on 2.5 sacred acres, with 5 serene bedrooms, 17 beds, and 6 bathrooms. Five private suites are reserved for select VIP guests.
Meals are vibrant, seasonal, mostly plant-based, and infused with healing intention. Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options are available.
Thursday, November 19th, 2026 — Check-in begins at 3:00 pm; room and house assignments are given on arrival unless pre-arranged. Welcome circle at 5:00 pm, followed by dinner, bedtime tea, and Yoga Nidra for soul activation.
Friday, November 20th — Open tea and silence, breakfast, optional Sunrise Mountain Preserve hike, Emotional Freedom/Escape workshop, meditation and yoga, Blisstopian Method with guided breathwork and sound bath, dinner, and share circle.
Saturday, November 21st — Open tea and silence, breakfast, “recharge your soul” yoga, lunch, optional healing touch session, massage, or guided breathwork training, dinner, and Yoga Nidra with restorative practice.
Sunday, November 22nd — Open tea and silence, light breakfast, Sedona day trip with scenic photo stops, shopping and lunch on your own, time to hike or meditate, return to Blisstopia, dinner, closing ritual, and burning ceremony.
Monday, November 23rd — Open meditation, light breakfast, Gratitude Yoga, picture time, and check-out at 10:00 am.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm on the first day, and check-out is at 10:00 am on the final day. The schedule may change depending on weather and other conditions.

With 5 cozy bedrooms and 17 comfortable beds, it is well suited for small groups, solo retreats, and conscious gatherings. Its two-story, multi-level layout reflects the natural flow of the desert, creating a sense of movement, openness, and ease throughout the home.
Guests can gather in serene outdoor spaces made for stargazing, tea rituals, or ceremony, while shared community areas invite connection, reflection, and quiet conversation. Every detail of the house was created with intention, offering a peaceful atmosphere where it feels easy to slow down and simply be. From private rest to shared moments, the villa supports breath, rest, and renewal in a calm and grounding environment.
