Two psychedelic journeys invite participants into a deep exploration of consciousness, held within a carefully supported and safe environment.
Across five days and four nights, the retreat creates space for self-inquiry, emotional release, and meaningful inner dialogue. Two psilocybin sessions open the mind to new perspectives, allowing participants to reconnect with uplifting sensations while also meeting more challenging moments with honesty and presence. As feelings rise to the surface, they are gradually given room for expression and understanding.
Psilocybin offers a rare opportunity to encounter oneself in a new way, bringing hidden answers into view with greater clarity and distance. To support this process, the programme includes workshops, breathwork, yoga, and art therapy. These practices help strengthen the psyche, encourage openness, and create a sense of connection among participants through simplicity and humility, preparing the ground for a memorable psychedelic experience.
This retreat is designed as a profound journey of inner exploration, heart-opening, and reconnection with nature. Over five days and four nights, trust, emotional safety, and intensity are carefully balanced to support participants throughout their psilocybin experience. The result is a journey that can feel both serene and deeply impactful.
The programme centres on two psilocybin truffle ceremonies, each intended to complement the other. The first, on Day 2, uses a medium dose; the second, on Day 4, is a high-dose session. Together, they allow for a gradual opening before moving into deeper layers of experience. Over approximately six hours per ceremony, participants may encounter physical sensations, vivid imagery, or long-buried emotions returning to awareness.
Alongside the two ceremonies, the retreat includes more than 11 hours of individual and group coaching, with a strong emphasis on preparation and integration. Three online group preparation sessions and one individual meeting take place before arrival, followed by three online group integration sessions and monthly integration circles for 12 months after the retreat.
The experience also includes playful connection activities, two guided breathwork sessions, yoga suitable for all levels, a guided spiritual walk in the woods, writing or drawing for integration, and sound healing through therapeutic sound journeys and shamanic drumming. Guests are welcomed with wholesome vegetarian meals prepared on-site, twin or private rooms, warm evenings, and time for personal reflection in an elegant house surrounded by nature.
