The programme is built around two psilocybin truffle ceremonies, designed to complement one another. The first allows for a gentle entry, while the second invites a deeper experience. Each session offers the chance to work through personal themes, whether light or profound, and may bring physical sensations, vivid visions, or long-buried feelings back to the surface. Each journey lasts around six hours and opens access to different layers of being.

Comprehensive Support

Alongside the two psilocybin truffle ceremonies, this 5-day retreat includes more than 11 hours of individual and group coaching. With thoughtful preparation, integration, and a carefully designed set and setting, every part of the experience is intended to support deep transformation.

This psychedelic retreat is not therapy. Still, the insights gained during the journey may offer a new perspective on deep-rooted wounds such as trauma or depression, and can complement later therapeutic or spiritual work.

Safety is carefully considered from the start. The screening process ensures that participants do not present medical contraindications, such as the use of antidepressants, borderline personality disorder, or a history of psychosis.

On site, facilitators remain fully present. Through one-on-one sessions, they offer personalised support, easing anxiety, following each person’s process, and grounding them gently if the experience becomes intense.

Where the Retreat Takes Place

The retreat is hosted in a cosy guesthouse about 1 to 1.5 hours from Amsterdam. Surrounded by nature, it offers an ideal setting to step away from daily life. The centre includes a ceremony space, dining room, lounge, and both private and shared bedrooms.

Before, During, and After

Shortly after arrival, the team introduces the programme. The experience begins with simple, playful spiritual exercises as a gentle way to connect with one another.

The following days balance group moments, personal exploration, and restorative downtime. Each day also includes time for autonomy, allowing space for quiet reflection or connection with fellow participants.
