4 Days Yoga and Surf

Spend four days immersed in yoga and surf on peaceful Nusa Lembongan, where Isla Indah Retreat offers a calm base just a short walk from the beach and nearby activity centers. The garden bungalows are designed for comfort, with a king-size bed, air-conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, and western-standard amenities. The budget option included here is a stay in a local homestay with partner hosts, with the possibility to upgrade to a comfort package that includes hot showers and air conditioning.

Program & Schedule

Join a variety of yoga styles during your stay, along with holistic workshops and teachings inspired by ancient spiritual practices. This is a chance to go deeper into yoga and meditation while returning home with fresh skills, energy, and meaningful experiences.

Evenings feature ongoing workshops, including Yoga Nidra, kirtan singing, and more. Classes are open to beginners, intermediate practitioners, and experienced yogis. The Yoga room, House of OM, is located directly above Pisang Pisang restaurant, where you can replenish after class with healthy smoothies, juices, or a vegan or vegetarian meal.

The beach is only a 4-minute walk from Isla Indah Retreat.
