4 Days Sound Healing Yoga Meditation Retreat

• 07:00 - 8:00 Wake up, Dynamic meditation
• 08:00 - 09:00 Kriya yoga
• 09:00 - 10:00 Hatha yoga
• Breakfast
• 11:30 - 13:00 Philosophy and meditation / Sound healing
• 13:00 Lunch
• Relaxation and Karma yoga
• 15:30 – 16:15 Reiki healing session
• 16:30 – 17:30 Kundalini meditation
• 18:45 - 20:00 Evening meditation celebration

Day 4

• 08:30 - 09:00 Prayer, warm up, yoga asana
