This 4-day, 3-night detox cleanse offers a meaningful introduction to fasting, with the potential for positive and lasting results. Enjoy a restorative yoga holiday in southern Portugal, surrounded by natural beauty and three world-class beaches within walking distance of the yoga studio.
Throughout the retreat, you will explore meditation, breathwork, contemplation, and the yogic lifestyle, while also learning about fasting, Reiki, ayurveda massage, self-community sustainability, and more.
Optional add-ons include ayurveda massage training with 45+ techniques, as well as Reiki Level 1, 2, or 3 certification for those wishing to offer healing sessions to others. Both options are limited in availability.
The retreat is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Yoga styles include Vinyasa Morning Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra. Instruction is provided over 3 days, and the group is limited to just 4 guests for an intimate experience.
You will stay in a comfortable, cozy hotel just a 5-minute walk from Praia da Rocha beach, Portimao, and the yoga studio. Each bedroom includes a living room, kitchen, patio, bath, and shower. The private 5-star hotel also offers a 24-hour reception, daily cleaning service, free Wi-Fi, a fridge, swimming pool, cable TV, and spa facilities.
The program blends peaceful relaxation with the lively atmosphere of the Praia da Rocha beach strip. Morning and evening yoga, meditation, ayurveda massage, and pranayama are central to the experience. Depending on the weather, sessions may take place in a beautiful yoga studio on Praia da Rocha or directly on the beach.
Evening practice may be followed by Reiki, crystals, Tibetan bowl sound healing, angel therapy cards, yoga Nidra meditation, and other healing sessions, all tailored to the needs of the guests.
During the retreat, you will be served 5 daily detox juices and nut milk for 3 days. The cleanse is healthy, tasty, vegetarian, and organic, with everything freshly harvested and lovingly prepared in the on-site kitchen. Please advise in advance if you have a nut allergy.
