300 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh India – 01 Nov – 19 Dec

This fully residential Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course in Rishikesh is designed as a structured blend of theory and practice. It combines the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings into one complete 500-hour pathway, offering a progressive study of Hatha Yoga from foundational to advanced levels. Throughout the program, students explore asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, satkarma, and meditation, alongside anatomy and physiology, philosophy, alignment and adjustment, teaching methodology, and the practical art of teaching yoga. As the training develops, the focus expands into deeper dimensions of energy and psyche.

Course structure and certification

To complete the full 500-hour training, a student first finishes the 200-hour Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course at the school, or joins the 300-hour course after already completing a Yoga Alliance USA-accredited 200-hour training elsewhere. The program concludes with two separate certificates: one for 200 hours and one for 300 hours. Assessment takes place throughout the course through both practical and written tests. Successful participants receive a certificate confirming they are qualified to teach the techniques studied during the training.

Why choose this training

The approach does not include modern yoga trends such as Iyenger, Ashtanga, Acro, Yin, Vikram, or Power yoga. Instead, the school offers a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment where students can learn, heal, and grow through yogic tools, guided by values of compassion, kindness, and love.
