Designed for students who have already completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, this intermediate to advanced course is an opportunity to deepen your practice, refine your skills, and build greater confidence on and off the mat. With each day, you will expand your knowledge, strengthen your teaching ability, and move further along your yogic path.
At Maa Shakti Yog, the training follows a multi-style approach rooted in the traditional wisdom of yoga in India. The curriculum brings together Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar yoga, while also covering the essential foundations needed to teach with clarity and confidence. The program is taught mainly in English, with some Sanskrit pronunciation and terminology included throughout the training.

The training includes accommodation with attached washroom, single or double sharing, power supply, hot water, free Wi-Fi, cupboard, fan, chair and table, and tea kettle. During your stay, you will enjoy a spacious room with an ensuite bathroom, a work desk, a sofa, and a view overlooking the pool. Housekeeping, 24/7 reception, and laundry service are also available, along with access to a gym and spa massage booking.
