“In this creation, yourself is the most valuable thing. There is no target in practicing Yoga, there is no competition. You are the target; you are the one dealing with yourself. I am here to offer guidance through Yoga Gita and help you find the rhythm of your own practice and harmonize it with the actual beingness of life. When you apply this experienced rhythm and balance into your practice, it leads to enormous strength, a happy state of mind, and fulfillment in life. This is the gift I wish to offer to all of you. Affectionately yours.” ViGo

200-hour vs 300-hour TTC

What’s the difference?

The 300-hour Teacher Training Course moves into more subtle dimensions, helping practitioners refine their understanding of asana and its principles as tools for aligning the physical body with the physicality of existence. As the practice deepens, these principles become more subtle and require greater stillness, awareness, and self-reflection. The asana series in this training is more complex and challenges presence, while pranayama and meditation become more nuanced and call for deeper inward attention. Participants also learn new practices that support greater subtlety and awareness.

This hybrid programme combines in-person and online modules. It can also be completed at the ashram by extending the stay for 10 days. The online module is designed to help students integrate the teachings from the 21-day training and apply Yoga to daily life, an essential and often challenging part of the journey. Regular practice supports the shift toward a more yogic way of living, and the online module offers continued guidance and encouragement.
