This training is a pilgrimage into the heart of yoga, inviting practitioners and teachers to refine their path, renew their commitment, and reconnect with the sacred. Guided by the themes of Dharma (purpose), Discipline (practice), and Devotion (heart), we will move from inner inquiry into embodied expression. Join this life-changing 3-week immersion in the sacred land of Mexico, where the profound dharma teachings of yoga will be explored as tools for bringing these timeless practices into everyday life.
Created for those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures, this immersion offers a way of living yoga as a complete path. With more than 25 years of teaching and 40 years of meditation practice, the teacher leads from a deep devotion to bhakti yoga, sharing the rich teachings of yoga philosophy, meditation, asana, chanting, theming, and spiritual practice. Through this experience, participants will develop a more grounded understanding of yoga’s ancient science and learn how to embody its principles with greater presence, purpose, and peace.

Janet Stone’s path as a student began at age 17 with the meditation teachings of Prem Rawat. His appreciation for simplicity and the natural rise and fall of life continues to shape her practice and teaching. In 1996, she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, and devoted herself to the path of yoga. Janet brings together the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship. Rather than aiming to teach in a conventional way, she seeks to let the practice move through her, allowing awareness, breath, and movement to merge. Based in Bali and San Francisco, she leads immersions, retreats, workshops, and more.
