300 Hour Traditional Yoga TTC

For practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of yoga and refine their teaching skills, this 300-hour extended teacher training offers a meaningful next step. It is designed for students who have already completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and are now seeking a more advanced path of study, practice, and personal growth.

Held in India, this 26-day advanced training includes both living and studying at the Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh. The course is created to support a deeper understanding of yoga as part of the Vedic sciences, while also giving teachers practical tools to strengthen their classes and expand their professional confidence.

What the training covers

• Analytical study of how to teach and practice the techniques
• Guided practice of the techniques themselves
• Study of anatomy and physiology and their application to yoga practice
• Exploration of yoga philosophy and traditional texts
• Principles of demonstrating asanas, including the use of language and voice

This 300-hour kundalini yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is intended to prepare professional teachers and is certified by representatives of Yoga Alliance. After successful completion, students may register with Yoga Alliance as official yoga teachers who have completed a 500-hour TTC.
