Held in India, this 26-day advanced training includes both living and studying at the Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh. The course is created to support a deeper understanding of yoga as part of the Vedic sciences, while also giving teachers practical tools to strengthen their classes and expand their professional confidence.
What the training covers
This 300-hour kundalini yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is intended to prepare professional teachers and is certified by representatives of Yoga Alliance. After successful completion, students may register with Yoga Alliance as official yoga teachers who have completed a 500-hour TTC.
Course highlights
Over four weeks of study, students explore advanced yoga philosophy, practical yoga anatomy, physiology, and other key topics. The program also introduces advanced Hatha Yoga, as well as variations such as Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. In addition, participants develop their teaching abilities through meditation basics, advanced yoga techniques, and modern methods of correction and modification for students.
