300 Hour Holistic Yoga Teacher Training

Holistic yoga blends movement with breath awareness to refresh body, mind, and spirit. The approach is often understood as a whole-body practice, bringing together different traditions in a way that supports transformation in everyday life.

The Holistic Asana method follows a clear framework built on a few essential principles for creating a balanced class. These include meditation, intention or mantra, pranayama, and asana. This structure is used to shape Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative classes, and it can also be adapted to highlight specific postures such as backbends or hip openers, or to design specialty classes for Pre-Natal, Children’s Yoga, Physical Limitations, and more.

Our Holistic YTTC plans and prices are designed to suit different student needs and budgets.
