The 300-hour training is YogaMea’s advanced path in India, created for practitioners who already have a strong foundation and are ready to deepen their preparation in a more refined, mature, and complete way.
Rather than serving as a final certification on its own, this 300-hour module is designed to complement the 200-hour basic course and help students reach the full 500 hours required for the school’s second certified level.
It is intended for experienced teachers and committed practitioners who want to strengthen technique, teaching method, philosophical insight, and the overall quality of practice while immersing themselves in an intensive and transformative experience in the heart of India.
