This 300-hour yoga teacher training follows a modular structure made up of three 100-hour modules. Each module can be taken independently as YACEP credit (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program), or all three can be completed within one year to earn the full 300-hour certification. If you enroll and pay for all three modules at once, the total price is $3500 USD, which includes a $1000 discount.

This module trains the mind through daily meditation and a deep study of one of yoga’s most important philosophical texts. You will work through all four chapters of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, exploring how these timeless teachings can support wellbeing and spiritual growth in the modern world. Alongside this study, you will build a steady mantra meditation practice designed to cultivate clarity, discipline, and inner stillness.

The Soul Module opens the door to Bhakti, the path of devotion. Through chanting, kirtan, ritual, and storytelling, you will connect with practices that awaken love, surrender, and deeper heart connection. You will also study the Bhagavad Gita and explore deity stories as archetypes that reflect our own spiritual journeys.
Practical experience is woven in through practice teaching, allowing you to integrate Bhakti, asana, and pranayama into your own offerings.

The Body Module strengthens your teaching through advanced vinyasa asana study, intelligent sequencing, and the art of hands-on assists. You will refine how you guide students into safe, aligned postures while learning subtle energetic touch and breath-led cues.
This module also takes a detailed look at anatomy and biomechanics, including the musculoskeletal system, breath, and nervous system, helping you teach with greater precision and awareness. In addition, you will explore the energetics of yoga, including prana flow, chakras, and the subtle body. Supervised practice teaching gives you practical tools to support students at every level.

For a three-week stay at a four-star hotel with breakfast included, expect around $1400 - $2000 USD. For a ten-day stay, the cost is typically $700 - $1000 USD.
Accommodation is not included in the training, giving you the freedom to choose what suits you best. The recommended option is Emana Akatara, located right next door to Mindful Bali and about a one-minute walk from the yoga shala. This highly rated hotel offers daily breakfast, a restaurant, and an infinity pool. You may book a single room or, if possible, connect with another student and share a twin room to reduce costs. Rates vary depending on the season, so early booking is recommended. Other accommodation options are also available in Ubud, including homestays, guest houses, and villas within walking or driving distance.

THE MINDFUL BALI 300-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
