300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course – 1st Jun to 25th Jun 2026

Set over 25 days in Bali, this intensive 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training is designed for intermediate and experienced practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga and refine their teaching. It is intended for students with a solid foundation in practice, and requires either a prior 200-hour certification or a consistent personal commitment to yoga.

Far beyond a technical upgrade, the course is created to shift perspective and strengthen your connection to your existing practice. The aim is to help you grow not only into a capable teacher, but into a confident, inspiring guide with authenticity and presence.

Aligned with Yoga Alliance standards in the USA, the training supports you in becoming eligible to register as an RYT-300 upon completion. Guided by experienced teachers at Maa Shakti Yog Bali, you will receive a professional, educational, and personally enriching experience that deepens both your skills and your relationship with yoga.

The daily rhythm is intensive and structured to support real progress. Across the program, you will refine your practice, expand your philosophical knowledge, and build confidence in teaching. The schedule includes advanced pranayama and meditation, asana practice, yoga philosophy and Sanskrit, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology and mentorship, specialised yoga styles, and subtle body studies.

Yogic Food

Three vegetarian meals are served each day, with fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, Ayurvedic-inspired cuisine, filtered water, detox juices, and vegan and gluten-free options. Other dietary requirements can be arranged on request.

Accommodation

Guests stay in private rooms with ensuite bathrooms, modern amenities, access to a swimming pool, a communal lounge, and beautiful views over Ubud. The property is smoke-free and designed to offer a calm, comfortable environment for rest and growth.

Outdoor Excursions

The program includes visits and cultural experiences such as the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, Ubud Monkey Forest, Tirta Empul Temple, Balinese cultural workshops, and sunrise yoga at Campuhan Ridge. Additional excursions during the training include Bali Swing Park, Pura Tirta Empul, Blue Lagoon Beach, and a waterfall visit.

Payment Policy

All fees are non-refundable. If Maa Shakti Yog changes the course schedule, students may transfer their fees to a future course, provided the request is made at least 5 days before the start date. If a student withdraws for any reason, fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event of a cancellation, students may reschedule for a future 300-hour yoga teacher training within 2 years of the original course date, without needing to pay a new deposit. This policy is designed to support your journey while respecting the structure of the program.
