Most advanced trainings focus on technique. This one begins with the person behind the teaching.
Inner Yoga’s 300-Hour program is designed for teachers who want more than stronger sequencing, sharper cues, or better adjustments. It starts with your own practice, your beliefs, and the way you show up — because that foundation shapes everything that follows.
Yoga Alliance certified since 2017, with more than 1,000 graduates worldwide, this training combines with your 200-Hour certification to support your path toward RYT 500 status.
Sadhana: What Everything Else Is Built On
Sadhana is your personal practice. It is not a religious requirement or a fixed tradition, but a sincere, committed way of connecting with yourself through meditation, movement, journaling, self-inquiry, time in nature, mantra, service, or silence.
It is often the part of yoga teachers’ lives they have explored the least. You may already know anatomy, sequencing, and philosophy — but what does your own daily practice actually look like, and what truly sustains you?
How the 300-Hour Unfolds
The 300-Hour takes place within the monthly 200-Hour training, turning the Sadhana work into something lived rather than theoretical. It is delivered in two phases.
Developing Your Own Sadhana
You arrive a full week before the wider 200-Hour group joins. Mornings include meditation, self-inquiry, journaling, and sacred text study, connecting you to the philosophical roots of your teaching. Afternoons focus on personal development and life coaching with Georgina, along with karma yoga and a visit to a Balinese temple — an opportunity to meet devotional practice as something meaningful, not merely observational. Evenings close with sound healing and kirtan.
Nothing is prescribed. Instead, you are given space to explore what matters to you in a guided, supported environment. By the end of the week, you will have a personal practice that feels genuinely your own.
Teaching and Mentoring on a Live Training
When the 200-Hour cohort arrives, you step into a dual role. Your advanced study continues through asana clinics, anatomy, and philosophy at a deeper level, while TCM and Yin introduce meridian theory, Five Element theory, and trauma-informed somatic practice. At the same time, you mentor: offering structured feedback to 200-Hour trainees and teaching a full class of your own that is peer reviewed.
This is real mentoring experience on a live training, not a simulation. It is especially valuable if you may one day lead workshops, retreats, or trainings of your own.

This program is for certified teachers who are already teaching and are ready to go deeper — not only technically, but personally. It is for those who sense there is more in their teaching than they have accessed so far, and who are open to the inner work that many advanced trainings avoid.
It is not intended for teachers fresh from a 200-Hour who are looking to fast-track a credential. The curriculum and mentoring role both assume real classroom experience. If you have been teaching for a year or more and are ready to shift not just how you teach, but who you are as a teacher, this training was built for you.
What You’ll Leave With
You will graduate with your Yoga Alliance RYT 300 certification, which combines with your 200-Hour to support RYT 500 registration. You will also leave with advanced technical range in anatomy, sequencing, adjustments, Yin, and TCM.
Beyond the certificate, you will have a clearly developed personal Sadhana, a stronger teaching identity, direct insight into how a training is run, and personal development work with Georgina that helps dissolve beliefs limiting your teaching. Practically, you will also leave with clarity on your niche, a business plan to develop it, and lifetime access to the Inner Yoga alumni community.

I’m an Inner Yoga 200-Hour graduate — is there a discount?
Yes. Inner Yoga 200-Hour graduates receive 10% off the 300-Hour.
What if I need to cancel?
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 60 or more days before the start date, the remaining balance is refunded in full. Between 30 and 60 days before the start date, half of the remaining balance is refunded. Less than 30 days before the start date, the balance is not refundable, but it transfers in full to the following year’s training.
How do I sign up or secure my spot?
Reserve your place with a $500 deposit. You will receive a welcome pack with next steps right away. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
What experience do I need to join?
You need a completed 200-Hour certification from any Yoga Alliance school, plus active teaching experience. Whatever style you trained in, you are welcome to apply.
How does this lead to RYT 500 certification?
On completion, you will receive a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification recognized by Yoga Alliance. Combined with your existing 200-Hour certification, this qualifies you to register as an RYT 500.
I trained elsewhere — is this still right for me?
Yes. The training is open to any Yoga Alliance 200-Hour graduate. If your earlier training did not include Yin or TCM, you will study both here to a certified standard.
How long should I have been teaching first?
There is no formal minimum, but a year or more of teaching is recommended. If you are unsure, you can book a free discovery call.
Will I be looked after if I’ve never been to Bali?
Yes. Airport pickup is included, along with 1–2 nights of pre-training accommodation so you can arrive settled before the program begins.
What about food — is everything vegan, and can you handle allergies?
Meals are plant-based by default, with modifications available for common allergies and dietary needs.
How often does the 300-Hour run?
Once a year, by design. The small group size and intensive mentoring are part of what make it effective.
What is Sadhana, and why start there?
Your personal practice is the starting point because a teacher who knows their own practice deeply teaches from a very different place.
What does the Sadhana week involve day to day?
Meditation, self-inquiry
