
This retreat offers guided meditation instruction, periods of silent sitting and walking, dharma talks, and small-group practice discussions with the teachers. It is open to both new and experienced practitioners.

Schedule:
Shelley and Tanya will share teachings on cultivating sati, or mindful awareness, through the body and with the support of a caring heart. Participants will be guided to deepen their ability to directly know and feel physical experience, while also learning to settle the body and mind. These natural human capacities help open the way to greater clarity, warmth, and ease in meditation.
