Ideal for a solo guest, a couple, or a small circle of friends of up to four people, this private temple-stay experience offers an immersive escape into nature with the guidance of an experienced host. With no external guests on site, you and your group can settle into a deeply personal atmosphere of rest, reflection, and inspiration.
A lay practitioner lives upstairs and joins the meditations and satsangs alongside you and your host. The spirit of the stay is inspired by Japanese shukubo temple lodgings, but with a more vivid, colorful expression: a place where you can take part in daily spiritual practice, ask meaningful questions, and also enjoy generous solo time for hiking, reading, journaling, coloring mandalas, or meditating.
Each day includes up to 5 hours of supported time with your host for seated meditation, mantra chanting, pranayama, yoga, qigong, walking meditation, sacred text reading and commentary, individual mentoring, or small-group satsang and Q&A. You will benefit from Nadia’s 20+ years of experience on the path, as well as her diploma in counselling.
The rest of your retreat remains flexible and self-paced, with optional add-ons such as massage. The meditation and yoga room is available 24/7, and you may also use the outdoor deck and garden for yoga, contemplation, and birdwatching.
Silence is not strictly enforced outside Q&A sessions, but it is strongly encouraged. Research shows that quiet can reduce stress, support focus, and help the body and mind recover. This makes the retreat especially well suited to emotional recovery, breakup healing, burnout prevention, and stress reduction. Neurodivergent guests are warmly welcomed.
The standard stay is 2 nights and 3 days, with flexible options available from 2 to 7 nights. Longer stays can be arranged through add-ons, subject to availability and prior confirmation of dates.
Pricing follows a degressive structure, with discounts for each additional day and for each extra person. For the third and fourth guest, additional sleeping arrangements can be set up in a tent in the garden. If you are traveling with friends or family, this can be a beautiful way to share both the experience and the cost.
Meals are self-catered. You may dine out, bring your own food, or use the fully equipped downstairs kitchen whenever it suits your rhythm. Fasting is also fully supported.
Included in the retreat price:
Optional add-ons include a 1-hour remedial massage with elements of sound healing, beekeeping observation with a provided bee suit, firewood, and other extras on request.
