We invite you to step into a deeply restorative 28-day healing journey at the Flower of Life Ayahuasca Healing Retreat Center in Peru, a peaceful sanctuary for awakening, renewal, and inner transformation. Your experience begins with a personal consultation with skilled shamans, who will help guide you toward the spiritual, physical, mental, or emotional healing you are seeking.
This carefully designed program is created to elevate awareness and support profound change through a personalized combination of plant medicines, dietary practices, and holistic training. The intention is to offer a powerful and transcendental healing experience shaped around your individual needs.
The retreat includes 10 Ayahuasca ceremonies and 4 San Pedro ceremonies, along with floral baths and vapor therapy baths. You will also work with medicinal Amazonian plants such as Shiric Sanango, Malva, Retama, Chuchuwasi, hierba luisa, Paico, ajo sacha, and bobinsana.
These plants are traditionally used to support detoxification and healing of vital organs, including the liver, kidneys, stomach, and pancreas. Drawn from the medicine of the Amazon rainforest, they support a deep process of transformation and renewal.
During this immersion, you are encouraged to step away from outside distractions, reconnect with nature, and turn inward. In this quieter space, physical imbalances may be addressed, emotional wounds softened, and a deeper connection with your inner spirit can unfold.
The center reflects the vision of its founder, Nancy Lupe, who created this nurturing space with the intention of supporting healing and transformation. Located in Iquitos, Peru, it has welcomed guests from around the world seeking the wisdom of Amazonian medicine.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the private cottages offer a calm and comfortable setting with modern bathrooms. The retreat is also ideal for relaxation, meditation, and journaling throughout your stay.
Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients, including fresh fish, and meats, fruits, and vegetables of the highest organic quality. Herbal teas and freshly squeezed tropical fruit juices are also available. The dedicated staff works closely with the shamans to support your experience throughout the program.
This is a period in which a person follows specific dietary and behavioral restrictions while working with medicinal master plants. Its purpose is to build a connection with the wisdom of the plants and create a conscious bond with nature, life, the soul, and the human spirit.
During the retreat, the diet consists of chicken, fish, brown rice, grains, and unprocessed foods, with no sugar, salt, added flavors, fruits, or certain vegetables. This honors ancient shamanic tradition and allows the master plants to work more deeply with the physical body and subconscious mind.
Ayahuasca is given before opening the diet and again on the final day to close it with protective Icaros. The shamanic plant diet lasts a minimum of 8 days and can extend up to six weeks at the center.
The shamanic diet supports learning, healing, and personal growth. These plants are understood to work on physical, mental, and spiritual levels, making the process far more than a diet alone.
It calls for willpower, dedication, and spiritual strength, as participants step beyond routine and familiar habits in order to support transformation and character development. For this reason, it is carried out in nature with a highly experienced shaman.
Because the process heightens sensitivity, participants are encouraged to remain calm, avoid excessive talking, and limit exposure to outside information that may disturb harmony. They should also avoid too much sun, water, fire, or smoke.
Under this regimen, the plants continue their healing work during sleep, supporting reconnection with time, space, and cosmic unity. The process may help awaken intuition, detoxify the body, clear the mind, balance the energy system, and calm the nervous system.
This 28-day program is designed to support deep healing, self-discovery, and lasting transformation through traditional practices, holistic wellness, and a meaningful connection with nature.
