This 200-hour yoga teacher training is ideal if you dream of teaching yoga, want to study more than just the asanas, or feel called to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and history. It is also a strong fit for yoga teachers seeking further study, as well as educators, counselors, and community leaders who want to bring yoga into their work.
The curriculum goes far beyond postures. You will study asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and pranayama, while also developing practical skills in sequencing, cueing, adjustments, and holding space. Rooted in the Yoga Sutras and authentic philosophy, the training is designed to support transformation, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yoga as a lifelong practice.

For the 2026 training, online anatomy lessons and online yoga practices are required for course completion. These may be completed before arrival or during free time in Bali.

The tuition for the three-week program is $3000 USD.
Not included: accommodation, meals other than those listed above, and transport to and from Mindful Bali.
Recommended accommodation
Accommodation is not included, allowing you to choose what best suits your stay. A recommended four-star hotel is located next door, about a one-minute walk from the yoga shala, with daily breakfast, a restaurant, and an infinity pool. A three-week stay typically ranges from $1400 to $2000 USD, depending on season, and may be booked as a single room or shared twin room. Other homestays, guest houses, and villas are also available in Ubud within walking or driving distance.
Meet the teaching team
Alexandra is the Lead Teacher at Mindful Bali. She has taught yoga since 2014 and has lived in Bali since 2021. Originally from Canada, she came to yoga after a long journey that included university studies, teaching in the Middle East, and eventually building her online community, The Mindful Life Practice, before moving to Bali and opening her own yoga shala in Pejeng.
Marlen is an anatomy educator and yoga teacher with nearly a decade of teaching and YTT-trainer experience. Her work focuses on functional anatomy, postural assessment, myofascial release, and breath-driven movement, supported by current research in fascia, biomechanics, and nervous system science.
ID began her yoga journey in 2014, completed her first 200-hour training in 2015, and has since studied Yin Yoga, Kashmir Shaivism, Mantra, and assisting on yoga teacher trainings. Her teaching reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, growth, and Bhakti-inspired practice.
Guest teachers also join throughout the training, offering classes and sessions in kundalini, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and more, creating a rich and diverse learning experience.
