Who Is This For?

This retreat is designed for people who want to move with intention and build a body that feels good for the long haul. Whether you are a longtime Pilates practitioner or simply beginning to explore somatic work, the emphasis is on depth and body intelligence rather than athletic performance.

Do I Need to Do Pilates or Be “Fit” to Come on Retreat?

Not at all. You do not need any Pilates experience to enjoy this getaway. While there are at least two movement sessions each day to help you feel better in your body, participation is completely optional. This is your vacation—whether you join every session or prefer to spend your morning by the pool, the choice is entirely yours.

Is There a Surcharge If I Am a Solo Traveler?

No. In fact, nine rooms in the Garden Casas are offered at a single rate, with an upcharge for double occupancy. The Ocean View Villas are more affordable for two guests, but they are also available to solo adventurers. If you are interested in an Ocean View Villa but do not have a roommate, please reach out; a waitlist is maintained to match like-minded solo travelers.
