Dates: October 15–21, 2026
Set within the stunning setting of Casa Tara, this 7-day, 6-night retreat offers an opportunity to experience the property in a more intentional and restorative way. Rather than simply staying in a beautiful destination, you’ll be invited into a deeper rhythm of rest, reflection, and renewal.
Each day flows gently with grounding yoga and meditation, quiet moments of self-inquiry, and spacious time to simply be. You may choose to float in the ocean, relax by the pool, or sink into the stillness of the surrounding landscape. Designed to balance movement, reflection, and rest, the retreat creates room for both connection and meaningful personal transformation.
You’ll practice in Casa Tara’s open-air shalas, unwind beside the infinity pool with views of the sea, and enjoy access to the on-site spa, giving you every opportunity to settle into the beauty and ease of the property while feeling supported throughout your stay.
Whether you come on your own or with a friend or partner, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, inclusive space that honors you exactly as you are. This all-level retreat is open to everyone. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required—only a willingness to slow down, tune in, and receive.
Hosted by Heather Parks, E-RYT & Reiki Master
Heather is an E-RYT and Reiki Master whose teaching is grounded in an understanding of both the physical and energetic bodies. Certified in 2015 at CorePower Yoga, she has gone on to build communities in Seattle, Orange County, and San Luis Obispo. A central part of her approach is weaving chakra wisdom into her yoga classes, supporting students in finding balance and alignment not only in the body, but within their energy systems as well.
In addition to her local teaching, Heather leads international retreats where students can deepen their practice, reconnect with themselves, and experience the powerful blend of yoga and energy healing in inspiring destinations.

Step into a stay that blends nature-immersed luxury with cozy comfort and elevated style. These rustic Mexican cabanas offer a distinctive glamping experience, where each detail is designed to help you unwind in a peaceful setting surrounded by the landscape.
Inspired by Baja’s fishing huts, the cabanas are thoughtfully and sustainably built with palm leaves (palapa) gathered from the property’s own trees. Each cabin features a private deck and hammock, creating a relaxed space to rest, read, or simply take in the atmosphere. Inside, guests can enjoy a comfortable queen size bed and air conditioning for a restful night’s sleep.
Accommodation options include eight cabins with their own shower and private bathroom, plus two cabins with access to a shared outdoor bathroom and shower. Guests staying in the cabins also have access to the infinity pool and hot tub at Casa Tara’s main resort, adding an extra layer of comfort to the experience.

Set within Casa Tara’s main resort, these classic villa rooms offer a refined blend of spacious interiors, serene comfort, and timeless elegance. The accommodations are spread across three two-story villas — Villa Ganesh, Villa Lakshmi, and Villa Shiva — each featuring four distinctive room types: Garden-Level Ocean View, Upper-Level Ocean View, Premium Garden-Level Ocean View, and Premium Upper-Level Ocean View.
Designed for restful stays, the classic villa rooms accommodate either up to two guests with a king-size bed or up to four guests with two queen beds. Every room includes a private balcony or terrace, air conditioning, and a generously sized bathroom, creating a comfortable setting to unwind between wellness experiences and quiet moments of relaxation.
Guests staying in the classic villas also enjoy access to the infinity pool and hot tub at the main resort, adding an extra touch of ease and leisure to their stay.

Discover a refined stay in our new luxury rooms, where contemporary design is softened by organic forms and inspired by both Mediterranean and Indian aesthetics. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom, creating a comfortable and serene setting for your time away.

The rooms are designed for two to three guests and offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including twin beds or a king-size bed, with select rooms also featuring a sleeper sofa.
