This 200-hour yoga teacher training offers a holistic path into teaching and living yoga. Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, the program is designed to be transformational, helping you bring yogic principles into everyday life while also learning how to share them with others in a clear and authentic way.
It is well suited to beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of teaching methods and explore the scientific foundations of yogic practices such as asana, pranayama, and meditation.
The training supports both study and integration, guiding participants through the philosophy and practice of yoga in its traditional form while showing how these teachings can be applied within a modern lifestyle. Those who complete the course successfully will be able to lead yoga classes for beginners independently.
