200 Hours Yoga Teacher Trainings - Track 1

Alongside Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, this intensive 250-hour program also places Yin Yoga at the center of the daily schedule. It is designed to support a balanced yin-yang practice, and participants receive an additional 50-hour Yin certificate.

Making yoga accessible to all Although yoga originated in India, its wisdom belongs to the world. Arohan Yoga School was founded to preserve and share the traditional values of yoga while making teacher training accessible without compromising quality. In addition, 5% of the offline course fee is donated to an Indian NGO chosen by the student.

The course fee is kept affordable, while the standards remain high across accommodation, location, and facilities. The school offers beautiful views of the Ganga River, just 100 steps away, as well as the Himalayas and the Rajaji forest reserve. Facilities include a spacious lawn, two yoga halls, an open terrace, a kitchen, a dining area, and modern rooms with attached washrooms.

The school primarily follows the Satyananda style of yoga, while also drawing influence from Iyengar, Yin, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. Beyond yoga postures, the training emphasizes deep breathing techniques, relaxation methods, meditation, yoga anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, and the basics of ayurveda. The goal is to train knowledgeable and well-rounded yoga teachers.

Yoga certification in India is a meaningful qualification for anyone who wants to share the benefits of yoga with others. The programs are designed to give students the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to step into teaching with confidence and inspiration.

Arohan Yoga offers both residential and online courses, including a 200-hour yoga teacher training, a 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program, and an online yoga teacher training course in India, all affiliated with and recognized by Yoga Alliance. The school also holds yoga retreats regularly. Styles taught include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Aerial Yoga, along with ayurveda courses.

The school’s programs are intended to plant the foundations of yoga in each student, who can then share its essence with society through dedication and compassion. More than 500 students have graduated from Arohan Yoga and are now spreading yoga around the world. The school also takes its social responsibilities seriously, which is why 5% of the course fee is donated to any Indian NGO selected by the student, such as organizations supporting underprivileged children, elder care, animal rescue, or health care.
