Traditional Hatha / 30 Days / Yoga Alliance Certification
Designed as a one-month, 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, this program is ideal for dedicated students who want to immerse themselves in the depth of traditional Hatha yoga in a शांत, supportive setting. The course balances practical teacher training with a strong personal practice: one part focuses on asana methodology, teaching skills, and clear alignment principles, while the other explores pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and yogic living. It is suitable not only for future teachers, but also for anyone seeking a meaningful shift in body awareness, breath awareness, and life direction.
Style of Yoga?
The training centers on traditional Hatha yoga, with an emphasis on spinal anatomy, stability, and intelligent alignment rather than speed or flowing sequences. Students learn how asana practice can be adapted to the needs of each individual, with attention to chakras, the subtle energy body, and the physical limitations of the joints. The approach values steadiness, breath, and proper structure, supporting a deeper and safer practice.
Traditional classes in this training always include pranayama and Yoga Nidra. Unlike faster modern styles, the focus here is on stability, correct alignment in the major joints, and breath-led practice that supports the body rather than pushing it. The course offers a solid foundation for those who want to share yoga professionally, while also providing practices and insights that can enrich daily life, clarity, and inner balance.

Yoga Alliance Certification
Students are evaluated throughout the course across five areas: self-practice, teaching skills, anatomy + ayurveda, philosophy + psychology of yoga, and spirituality of yoga. Morning sessions support personal practice and ensure trainees can demonstrate the asanas confidently. Teaching skills are assessed through 12 supervised teaching sessions in small groups, and each trainee must teach at least two yoga classes. There is also one written exam in anatomy and one in philosophy. If needed, one-to-one support is provided to help students understand the key concepts.
The ashram has been accredited as an RYS 200 and RYS 300 Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance USA since 2010. The teacher training faculty includes at least six teachers, most of whom are E-RYT 500 or ERYT 200. The certificate is valid for registration as an RYT with Yoga Alliance, and the final week includes guidance on teacher registration, insurance, taxation, medical release forms, and the business side of teaching yoga.
