Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
This energetic practice combines breath awareness and mindful movement. Topics include the history and foundations of Ashtanga Yoga, bandha, drishti, props, Sun Salutation A & B, standing, sitting, and finishing series, plus teaching practice in the traditional and Mysore style.
Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
Students explore the science of breath and its role in reducing stress, improving circulation, and supporting meditation. Practices include Kapalbhati, Nadi Shodan, Surya Bheda, Ujjayi, Bhastrika, Seetkari, Sheetali, and Bhramari.
Ayurveda
This section introduces the principles of Ayurveda, including the five elements, trigunas, tridoshas, agni, srotas, saptadhatu, nadis, nadi pariksha, and daily routine.
Hatha Yoga
Traditional asanas are studied with benefits, modifications, contraindications, and the use of props. The sequence includes Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, Sarvangasana, Shirshasana, Shavasana, and many more.
Meditation (Dhyana)
