Vinyasa Yogashala® invites yoga enthusiasts from around the world to join an intensive and deeply enriching 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. Set in a peaceful natural environment, the program offers an inspiring space for transformation, self-inquiry, and personal growth. Surrounded by a supportive community, participants are encouraged to step into the yogic lifestyle and experience yoga in its fullest form.

This immersive training is ideal for anyone who wants to expand their understanding of yoga, whether the goal is to teach or to strengthen an existing practice. The course offers a strong foundation in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa flow yoga, while also exploring yogic philosophy, anatomy, and physiology. Each session is designed to build strength, flexibility, clarity, and balance, blending modern anatomical knowledge with the wisdom of ancient yoga traditions.

Students are guided through essential practices such as asanas, pranayama, mudras, and the yogic diet. The curriculum also covers posture adjustments, sequencing, teaching students of different levels, and adapting practice to various body types. Alongside the practical training, participants are introduced to karma yoga, chakra healing, and meditation, creating a well-rounded experience for the mind, body, and spirit.

Graduates receive a globally recognized certificate from Vinyasa Yogashala, accredited by Yoga Alliance, USA. The course is fully accredited, and participants become eligible to register 200 hours of Continuing Education toward RYT 500 registration.

This training is designed for anyone with a sincere interest in yoga, its techniques, and its philosophy. It is especially suitable for practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge and for teachers who wish to refine their skills and broaden their expertise.

No previous qualifications or formal background are required to enrol. The course welcomes students from all experience levels and all walks of life.

Mantra & Mantra Chanting

Mantras are sacred sounds, words, or phrases used to support spiritual focus and deepen concentration. They act as a tool for the mind and help bring greater clarity and stillness.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

These sessions support both physical and mental wellness while building strength and flexibility through a traditional approach rooted in the goal of health and peace.

  • PavanMuktasana series 1, 2, and 3
  • Centering postures series
  • Surya Namaskar and Chandra Namaskar
  • Standing, kneeling, sitting, forward bending, backward bending, supine, prone, fire, inversion, twisting, balancing, relaxing, and meditative posture series

Overall, students learn 140 series of asanas.

Pranayama (Breathing Practices)

Pranayama explores the relationship between prana, the life force, and breath control. The training covers both theory and practice, helping students understand how breath supports health, peace, and balance.
