Spend 28 days in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, and immerse yourself in a traditional ashram setting. This certified 200-hour training is a serious and structured journey that brings together daily practice, study, meditation, and the rhythm of ashram life. It is not a retreat or a quick certification, but a deep commitment to living yoga with clarity, discipline, and experience.
An immersion in the living tradition of yoga
Set in the heart of Rishikesh, this program offers a complete and progressive training designed to deepen your understanding of yoga in the body, the mind, and everyday life. Over four weeks, you will move through practice, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and integration, all within a disciplined environment that supports real inner transformation.
Who this training is for
This training is designed for practitioners who feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga, whether their intention is to teach or to evolve their personal practice and way of living.
Some participants will go on to teach. Others will not. But all will experience a meaningful foundation.
Important
This is not a retreat. It is not a fast-track certification. It requires commitment, presence, and consistency. If you are mainly looking to relax or simply discover yoga, this program will not be the right fit.
