Description

Some people arrive because they want to teach. Others come because they want a pause, a reset, or a more meaningful direction. Whatever brings you here, this is a serious 25-day training designed to build real skills, not just hand out a certificate. You will be in the studio every day, learning by doing: teaching, refining, asking questions, and developing confidence through practice.

This 200-hour program follows Yoga Alliance standards, so the certificate is recognized internationally. More importantly, it is structured to help you understand yoga in a practical, embodied way. You will explore your own body and breath, learn how to guide others safely, and look beyond surface-level ideas of yoga to understand what it truly is.

Who this course is for

  • Practitioners with one to two years of experience who feel ready to explore teaching
  • People coming from fitness, dance, or another movement background who want to understand yoga more deeply
  • Those in a life transition who want to invest time in something meaningful
  • Current or aspiring teachers who want proper training, not shortcuts
  • Dedicated learners who are not looking for quick fixes

You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need to show up.

How the training is structured

Mornings begin with pranayama and breathing work, followed by asana practice and alignment-based learning. Mid-morning sessions focus on hands-on adjustments and refinement, with plenty of practice on one another. Afternoons are devoted to philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. In the evening, you teach real sequences to real people and receive direct feedback. By the end, you will know how to lead a class with clarity.

What you will study

  • Hatha and asana foundations, including progressions and modifications
  • Alignment principles for different body types and contraindications
  • Sequencing, verbal cueing, pacing, and teaching mixed-level classes
  • Anatomy and physiology, including joints, movement, the breath, and the nervous system
  • Pranayama practices such as Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, and Bhastrika
  • Yoga philosophy, history, the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Yamas and Niyamas
  • Mobility, flexibility, fascia, handstand foundations, and shoulder and hip protocols
  • Meditation and mindfulness, including how to teach beginners
  • Teaching practicum, video review, and feedback for ongoing refinement

  • All instruction and course materials
  • Printed manual with notes and sequences
  • Access to recorded sessions for later reference
