200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Kerala
Description
Held at Mimamsa Yogshala in Varkala Beach, Trivandrum, Kerala, this teacher training course offers students the opportunity to complete their studies and receive the school’s diploma upon successful completion. Graduates are also eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 RYT, or 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
The program is designed to prepare students to lead classes in three key styles: Hatha, Flow, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Training emphasizes safe practice, confidence, and a professional, ethical approach to teaching.
